Clinical Laboratory Medicine: An Integrated Approach

Dr. Atul Jain completed his MBBS from NSCB Medical College, Jabalpur, followed by an MD in Pathology from Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Research Institute (MGMC&RI), Puducherry. He is currently serving as Associate Professor in the Department of Pathology at Bundelkhand Medical College, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. He has pursued the ASHA KHER Fellowship in Cytopathology from Government Medical College, Nagpur. He has also completed fellowships in Diabetes and Family Medicine. His academic training further includes certification courses in Cervical Cytology, Clinical Laboratory Management, Flow Cytometry, Lymph Node Cytology, and related diagnostic disciplines. Dr. Jain has actively contributed to academic and professional forums, serving as a chairperson at national conferences and as a judge for paper and poster presentations. He has delivered several invited and research presentations as a speaker at national conferences and scientific meetings. With 66 research publications in reputed national and international journals, he has made significant contributions to the field of academic pathology. He is the author of the book Benign and Malignant Lesions of the Cervix, published by Lambert Academic Publishing, Germany. He is also the author of the book Molecular Diagnostics and Pathology of Gynecological Malignancy: An Integrated Approach to Precision Diagnostics in Gynecologic Oncology.

Dr. Javeed Kakroo completed his bachelors, masters and Ph.D from University of Kashmir and Punjab technical university respectively. He is currently serving as microbiologist and visiting faculty in Associated colleges of Kashmir University. He has undergone different post doctoral trainings in molecular biology and TB diagnosis from different national institutions of the country. His academic training further include diploma in health education, diploma in diet health management, infection control and clinical laboratory management. Dr. Javeed has actively contributed to academic forums, serving as a chairperson and co chairperson at different national and international conferences and has contributed asa reviewer for more than a dozen papers. He has delivered multiple award-winning research presentations at National Scientific Conference with more than 200 publications in national and local papers; he has made significant contributions to the field of microbiology and medical laboratory sciences. Dr. Javeed Kakroo is also a fellow of Society of Biomedical Laboratory scientists of India and MLS (ASCP).

Dr. Manish Jha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radio-diagnosis at Laxmi Chandravanshi Medical College and Hospital, Jharkhand. He is a dedicated academician and radiologist with specialized interests in cardio thoracic imaging, oncologic radiology, and advanced cross-sectional imaging–pathology correlation. His clinical and academic work focuses on the comprehensive evaluation of pulmonary infections, interstitial and inflammatory lung diseases, and thoracic malignancies through multimodality imaging, particularly computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). He has actively contributed to the development of structured imaging approaches for complex pulmonary disorders, emphasizing the differentiation of infective, inflammatory, and neoplastic lung pathologies. cardiothoracic Dr. Jha's research interests extend to translational oncologic imaging, chemotherapy related complications, and multidisciplinary radiological investigations. He has participated in numerous educational and collaborative academic initiatives aimed at integrating radiology with pulmonary pathology and cancer biology, thereby enhancing the clinical understanding of lung diseases. Passionate about medical education, Dr. Jha is committed to simplifying complex thoracic imaging patterns into practical diagnostic frameworks that support clinicians, radiologists, researchers, and trainees in delivering accurate and evidence-based patient care. Through his academic contributions and research endeavors, he continues to advance the field of thoracic and oncologic imaging.

Dr. Arunima Deep, MBBS, MD (Physiology), is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiology at Government Doon Medical College, Dehradun. She has over seven years of teaching experience in medical education and completed her postgraduate training at Santosh Medical College, Ghaziabad. She has received formal training in biomedical research and medical education under the National Medical Commission. Dr. Deep has authored multiple publications in national and international indexed journals. Her academic interests include cardiopulmonary physiology and chronic kidney disease, with active involvement in both teaching and research.
